Getting Started

What's the process for getting a quote?
Fill out the form on our contact page or send us a quick message. We'll respond within one business day, ask a few questions about your home and what you need, and follow up with a clear, written estimate.
Do you offer free in-home consultations?
For larger jobs, deep cleans, or new client onboarding, we're happy to schedule a brief in-person visit so we can see your space, meet any pets, and put together the most accurate quote possible. There's no charge or obligation.
How quickly can you start?
Most weeks we can schedule a first visit within 7-10 days. Same-week service is sometimes possible — just let us know your timeline when you reach out.

Cleaning Services

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring all standard supplies, equipment, and tools. If you prefer specific products (eco-friendly, fragrance-free, brand-specific), just let us know and we'll accommodate.
What's the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean focuses on visible surfaces, floors, kitchen, and bathrooms — the areas that need attention most often. A deep clean adds the things that aren't usually part of weekly maintenance: inside cabinets and appliances, baseboards, blinds, behind furniture, and detailed scrubbing throughout.
Do you offer recurring service discounts?
Recurring clients receive priority scheduling and our most competitive rates. The more frequent the service, the better the per-visit price.

Pet Sitting & Dog Walking

Are you comfortable with all pets?
We're experienced with dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and small animals. We're happy to discuss exotic or larger pets case-by-case. We're owned by two French bulldogs ourselves, so we get it.
Will you administer medications?
Yes — oral medications, topical applications, and most routine pet medications. For injectable medications or complex medical needs, we'll discuss the specifics during the meet-and-greet.
Do you do meet-and-greets before the first visit?
Always. Before any pet sitting or dog walking begins, we schedule a free meet-and-greet so your pet can get to know us, and we can review feeding routines, walking habits, and any specific needs.

Short-Term Rental Hosts

Do you offer same-day turnovers?
Yes. Same-day turnovers are common for active listings. Booking visibility and our scheduling let us coordinate around tight check-out / check-in windows.
Can you handle linen care?
Absolutely. We can wash and dry linens on-site, swap with property-supplied fresh sets, or coordinate with your linen service. Just let us know your preference.
What if you find damage between guests?
We document everything with timestamped photos and notify you immediately. We don't make decisions about what to charge guests — we just give you the information you need to handle it through your platform.

Trust & Safety

Are you insured and bonded?
Yes — fully insured, bonded, and background checked. Documentation is available on request before any work begins.
How do you handle keys and access codes?
Keys and codes are kept secure and only used for scheduled visits. We never share access information with anyone outside our team. For added security, many clients prefer keypad codes that they can change at any time.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice when possible for one-time cancellations. Recurring clients get more flexibility — we understand life happens. We never charge for cancellations made in good faith.
