We're Kristen and Dmitry, and we're building something we wish existed in our own neighborhood — a single, trustworthy team for the everyday work that keeps a home running well.

Lofty Home Care started with a question we kept asking each other: why is it so hard to find one local team you can call for both a thorough home cleaning and someone reliable to look after the dogs while you're away? Most services do one thing, and most of them feel transactional.

We wanted something different. Something warmer. Something built around the idea that the people taking care of your home should care about it.
